with high value and interesting rotating dial to become a representative of high-end smart watches.
Then Samsung launched Gear Sport for sports groups in the second half of last year,
but did not launch the Gear S4 series. I believe many star powders are waiting for
this flagship watch. In fact, according to the previous exposure, we have already
learned that Samsung plans to release the Gear S4 series in the second half of this year,
most likely at the Septembe IFA exhibition.
According to Samsung Mobile's latest exposure, Samsung is currently developing Gear S4
smart watches that support LTE networks in the United States. The Samsung Gear S4 is said
to be model SM-R800, codenamed Galileo.
The Samsung Gear S4 will add health and fitness features that support deep sleep tracking,
heart rate recognition, and even blood pressure monitoring.
In addition, Samsung Gear S4 will be jointly marketed by US operators Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. And, this new product is likely to be available in two different sizes or shapes as the Gear S3. Without exception, it may still be running the Samsung Tizen system. According to the previous exposure of the patent, Samsung has also added some brain holes in the development of smart watches, such as built-in retractable camera, dial with display, support for fingerprint recognition. There are even patents showing that the future Samsung watch may integrate batteries in the watch strap to achieve the purpose of enhanced life.
Of course, patents only provide a design direction. It is still not easy to say whether
or not it can actually be launched.Interestingly, Samsung’s dead-end LG recently also
plans to launch a new Watch Timepiece for the smart watch, running Google Wear OS,
which is said to be available in June. The direction of the LG Watch Timepiece and the Samsung Gear S4 may not be the same. The former claims to incorporate the functions of a traditional mechanical watch and a smart watch. It is incredible that the battery life can reach 100 days. Don't know if you are waiting for Samsung's flagship smart watch?
